In summary: 

• Global energy prices are currently fluctuating.

   

• Energy costs may increase suddenly as a result.

   

• Service Charge Budgets should therefore allow for cost variability, and even fixed contracts may have changing charges.

   

• Jennings & Barrett are continuing to work with our trusted energy supply specialists,  Argent Partnership, to manage contracts, explain costs, and support Directors where communication with Leaseholders may be required in relation to this issue.
